- Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
- Maintain Client objectives by ensuring product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
- Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
- Consistently monitor and actively regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
- Accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching duties with direct reports.
- Associate's Degree Preferred.
- 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Position Summary: The Retail Supervisor (RS) is responsible for achieving and maintaining all Client and Customer standards by overseeing and directing activities of Retail Sales Representatives and Merchandisers within an assigned territory. This person works closely with Business Development Managers, Clients, Store Managers, and various retail personnel to ensure retail business objectives are met.
EssentialJob Duties and Responsibilities
- Business Development: Achieve in-store retail excellence goals by building goodwill with trade and Clients, ensuring timely new item placement, and completing all retail projects.
- Client Audits: Manage and direct retail personnel, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects to meet Client goals.
- Increase brand representation through establishing and maintaining trade and Client relationships and conducting Client work with appointments.
- Sales and Merchandising: Ensure products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics to meet Client objectives.
- New Items: Facilitate placement of new items in authorized stores to meet business objectives.

Conditions:
Ensure items meet Client shelf schematic standards. - Call Coverage: Oversee scheduling of merchandisers and review reports for call coverage.
- Budget and Expense Control: Manage budgeting and expenses, aiming to stay under budget and control costs effectively.
- Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Direct Reports: Hire, retain, train, coach, guide, direct, and develop direct reports using company-wide processes, tools, and resources.
- Indirect Reports: Delegate work and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring to indirect reports.
Travel and driving are essential duties, with up to 30% travel expected.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4 years of applicable experience.
- 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple duties.
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
Physical Requirements
Work may be performed in various environments including office, field, retail store, or warehouse. Incumbent must be able to perform essential functions, including physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in cold conditions. Travel and driving are also required.
