Gillman Home Center is seeking a Lumber Yard Manager for our New Castle store location. This full-time, exempt role runs on a day shift, 7am–5pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 45 hours weekly.
The incumbent will supervise the lumber yard team, ensure outstanding customer service, and coordinate with the sales team for smooth daily deliveries. Key responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining a clean, stocked yard, and enforcing safety and store policies.
