White's is an independently owned Ace store, run by the White family since 1977. In all three of our stores, we greet customers right away, ask what they're working on, and stay with them until they have a real answer.# What you'll doMost of your day is spent helping customers with their projects. Ask what they're working on and walk them to what they need instead of pointing to an aisle.

You'll help across hardware, paint, lawn and garden and the rest of the store, and take your turn at the Helpful Hub. Between customers, stock shelves and keep the floor ready.# Who this work suits

You don't need to know every product on day one. You do need to like helping people work through a project and be willing to say  let's find out  when you don't know. Hardware knowledge helps; curiosity and follow-through matter more. If you'd rather spend less of your day with customers, ask us about our support roles.##
