Peddler’s Mall is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team!

We offer a fun, casual, and fast-paced work environment where every day brings something new. With a wide variety of vendors, unique merchandise, and customers looking for their next great find, there's never a dull moment!

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly, supporting our team, and making sure both customers and vendors have a great experience.

• Assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Building positive relationships with vendors and assisting with their questions and needs.
• Supporting the Store Manager with daily responsibilities and team coordination.
• Operating the cash register and accurately processing transactions.
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
• Addressing customer and vendor concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Leading by example and encouraging a positive, team-oriented workplace.

• A friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service skills.
• Someone who is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• The ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.
• Someone who can work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience is preferred, but not required.
