Outside Sales Account ManagerAre you a driven sales professional with a passion for industrial equipment and hands‑on solutions? Join our team in Kalamazoo, MI and take charge of a well‑established territory. You'll be responsible for expanding business through direct sales and service of high‑performance fluid process equipment with full support from a trusted brand and technical team behind you.
Essential Functions- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts.
- Drive full‑cycle sales: from lead qualification and cold calls to product presentations, quoting, and closing deals.
- Promote and sell a wide range of fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals, and related services.
- Build lasting customer relationships through regular on‑site visits and expert service.
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable inside sales and technical support team to exceed customer expectations.
- Leverage CRM tools and other resources to manage your time, territory, and pipeline effectively.
- High School diploma or GED required; 2‑ or 4‑year technical/engineering degree preferred.
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience, ideally in fluid handling and rotating equipment.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for on‑site customer visits.
