We’re looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team, help homeowners transform their properties, and grow with us as we expand our residential division.

Duties And Responsibilities- Generate leads
- Perform exterior inspections to determine siding or roofing needs
- Educate homeowners of roof and siding conditions
- Deliver accurate proposals
- Keep in contact with current customers
- Follow up with past customers
- Work alongside the production crew to ensure they are able to complete projects you have sold
- Collect payment and answer any questions the customer may have
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to navigate roofs and attics
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders to access attics and roof tops to determine roof work needs
- Daily travel within surrounding area
- Architectural experience is preferred but not required, must have background in sales or customer service
- Paid Training
- Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 30-60 days, upon training, 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $200k, based on 12% of total contract value
- Stipend towards health insurance
- Weekly paid chiropractor visits
