• Canvass pre-qualified areas to select homes for our Energy Guide Team.
• Offer opportunities and schedule appointments for homeowners to receive presentations on various home improvement projects.
• Identify needs and help homeowners understand the benefits of our products for their homes and daily lives.
• Gather information from the homeowners to optimize the opportunities, and pass on information to the Energy Guide Team.
• Attend team meetings where training and coaching is provided for performance improvement and opportunity to grow within the company.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to initiate conversations.
• Coachability - remaining teachable as skills develop.
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Professional appearance.

• Regular weekly training and development.
• Rapid advancement opportunities, with most promotions happening within 2-5 months.
• Full time position, at 5-day work weeks with 5-hour workdays.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives, including prizes and gear.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay:
Hourly Base pay + Bonuses

Expected hours: 25 hours per week
