We are an innovative startup focused on creating software applications and connected medical devices that empower medical professionals to provide better remote patient care. We have seen significant adoption of our products since launching in 2020 and are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our tight-knit but growing team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to market and sell our software both directly to medical providers as well as through nurturing channel partner and distributor partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a book of business or sales contacts within the medical industry but we are also open to candidates who have other sales experiences that may contribute to success in this position.

This position is located in Indianapolis, IN.

Essential Functions:

  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities from internally generated leads (inbound sales).
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals/KPI as determined by manager.
  • Build long term customer relationships through servicing, product expertise, and innovation.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Properly manage customer expectations through the sales cycle.
  • Setup customer meetings remotely or in-person based on need and geography.
  • Manage a sales funnel and other reporting obligations.
  • Manage monthly budget and submit timely expenses
  • Assist in preparing annual sales budget forecasts.
  • Comply with company policies and procedure.
  • Support and/or lead credit and collection initiatives to ensure customers are in compliance with payment terms.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • 3 years of direct sales and business development experience.
  • Strong computer competency.
  • Demonstrated sales skills and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing startup environment.

Preferred:

  • Strong domain knowledge in medical SaaS, remote patient monitoring or telehealth.
  • Experience utilizing Hubspot or other CRM software.
  • College degree in business, management or a healthcare related field.
