What You’ll Be Doing- Engage homeowners at retail stores, trade shows, and high‑traffic community events.
- Start conversations, build rapport, and uncover customer needs.
- Generate high‑quality leads and book free, in‑home consultations for our sales team.
- Educate potential customers on our industry‑leading window and door solutions.
- Use persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step.
- A natural salesperson – you love talking to people and have a talent for persuasion.
- Resilient and goal‑oriented – comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated.
- Strong communicator – able to connect, influence, and engage with all types of people.
- Comfortable in face‑to‑face marketing settings.
- Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Willing and able to stand on your feet for 5–10 hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (event materials, display items, etc.).
- A growth mindset – eager to learn and develop your sales skills.
