• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to interior designers and design professionals.
• Re-engage lapsed customers by highlighting the value of our marketplace.
• Educate prospects on the value of our Design Directory, and sell placement opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through diligent follow-up and CRM tracking.
• Track all activity, feedback, and opportunities in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily outreach goals.

• 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or customer outreach experience (preferably phone-based).
• Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and personable on the phone.
• Highly organized and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Comfort using CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
• Passion for design or experience working with creative professionals is a plus.
• Positive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
