What You’ll Be Doing- Employ your sales knowledge, new technologies, and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to find growth opportunities.
- Use deep knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Agentforce, to articulate tailored solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate scaleable impact.
- Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Lead discovery conversations, unearth client needs, and demonstrate how Agentforce can solve critical problems.
- Craft and present compelling Points of View that highlight tangible value.
- Collaborate across cross‑functional teams for a seamless client experience.
- Highlight alignment with clients' long‑term strategic objectives.
- Present Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers.
- 10+ years of enterprise and commercial B2B sales experience in highly technical environments.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, agent platform configuration, automation, API integration.
- Experience with AI‑driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform.
- Sophisticated intuition for business and ability to map Salesforce’s platform to client needs.
- Strong technical selling skills and ability to explain AI models to non‑technical clients.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in complex sales processes.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology sales.
Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, Cloud infrastructure, predictive and prescriptive modeling, Business Intelligence (Tableau), Salesforce Data Cloud.
