Job Summary: We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and driven Landscaping Business Development Representative comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company. The representative will be responsible for cultivating, growing and managing our commercial accounts.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual base salary $55,000 - $65,000

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business development, landscaping account management, or sales
  • Landscaping experience required, with strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of turf and turf treatment options
  • Proficiency with technology and prior experience with CRMs; experience with LMN is a plus
  • Experience with cold calling and cold lead cultivation
  • Proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships with warm and cold leads and strong relationship-management experience

Key Goals:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts
  • Cultivating and developing additional commercial revenue and accounts
  • Developing long-lasting relationships with commercial clients ensuring renewals of contracts
  • Providing excellent client services and seeking out opportunities for enhancements and upsells
  • Seeking out opportunities for new business through following up on warm and cold leads and following the sales process through to completion
  • Other duties as assigned
