Sales Representative – Paid Relocation to Cincinnati – $2500 Sign‑On Bonus

Position with Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in the Fast Track Sales Program. You will receive a paid relocation to Cincinnati, Ohio and, after training, TQL will pay for relocation to any of its 60+ offices nationwide.

• Base salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
• Sign‑on bonus: $2,500
• Uncapped commission and housing allowance

Cincinnati, Ohio – Paid relocation provided. Re‑relocation nationally after training.

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist account executives in solving customer needs, finding carriers for time‑sensitive freight, and managing daily operations.
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold‑calling.
• Build your own book of business and meet sales metrics to qualify for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers, negotiate prices, and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

• College degree preferred but not required.
