Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Job Description:

On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine. You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You’ll work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.

Fast‑paced environment: be flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through AT&T’s products and services
• Participate in community events and online order fulfillment
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Maintain sales targets and earn commission through AT&T's full suite of products

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? Training and coaching provided
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers.
