Customer Account Specialist

Requisition

Responsibilities
  • Manages inventory of instant tickets by analyzing individual retailer sales histories as well as monitors overall instant ticket field inventories to maximize the products’ sale potential.
  • Assists sales and field staff to customize retailer instant ticket inventories by analyzing weekly sales reports and other department production reports.
  • Reviews and processes incoming ticket orders from sales representatives.
  • Monitors and tracks order levels to resolve retailer issues where sales and company costs might be affected.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of work experience with a sales focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Compensation

Estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
