Lawn Pride is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our sales team as a Field Sales Specialist (door-to-door sales). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers in residential areas, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. No prior sales experience? No problem, we provide training and support to help you succeed!

As a Field Sales Specialist on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include:

• Canvassing residential neighborhoods to engage with potential customers
• Presenting our products/services and closing sales
• Following up on inbound leads
• Addressing concerns from existing customers

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (we provide mileage reimbursement)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED
• Experience:
  
  Sales experience is a plus, but not required, (Willing to learn and grow in a sales career).

Starting pay at $18.00 per hour + 4% Uncapped Commission

Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
