Farm​/Crop Insurance Sales Intern - Summer

As a Farm/Crop Insurance Sales Intern, you will gain exposure to the farm and crop insurance sales process while building an understanding of agricultural risk management and customer service. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to projects that support business growth and client engagement.

• Learn about the farm and crop insurance sales process and the role insurance plays in protecting agricultural operations.
• Observe and shadow experienced farm insurance agents during customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in county and state-level agricultural events, trade shows, and marketing opportunities.
• Develop talking points and sales support materials to assist with client outreach efforts.
• Research and build a farm opportunity database to identify prospects and support business growth initiatives.

• Exposure to the agricultural insurance industry and farm risk management principles.
• Hands-on experience supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
• Opportunities to network with farm agents, industry professionals, and agricultural leaders.
• Professional development in communication, relationship building, and customer engagement.

• Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or Sales and Marketing
