The Sales Associate delivers an exceptional client experience while driving individual and store sales. The role combines styling expertise, clienteling, product knowledge, and support for store operations.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales goals and commercial KPIs while delivering elevated client service.
- Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
- Share product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trends to support client decisions.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and follow company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management and seek ongoing feedback.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a customer-service-focused adjacent role.
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
