Role
Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions, with a focus on educating healthcare providers, building relationships, and driving product adoption.
Responsibilities- Develop territory plans based on disease understanding and clinical data, execute sales strategies, analyze trends, and achieve sales targets
- Engage customers with impactful, compliant communication
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, reimbursement, and regional teams
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM documentation
- Operate with high integrity and compliance
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty sales
- Proven sales success and strong clinical communication skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 60%
- Launch of novel aldosterone synthase inhibitor
- Remote work setup
- Up to 60% travel
- Salary range $130K-$165K
- Focus on hypertension, CKD, OSA
- Fully remote within the US
