Malibu C is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Manager in Indianapolis to lead multi-channel support and drive direct sales growth. You will manage customer accounts, order workflows, and promotions, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Fulfillment to ensure a superior customer experience.
You will oversee order accuracy, reporting, and event-related sales activities, with emphasis on upselling, retention, and revenue growth across Malibu’s brands.
