Medical Equipment Territory Manager Position:
Position Summary:
The Territory Manager is responsible for establishing and managing relationships within the
sales accounts in the assigned territory. Identify, isolate, and pursue new customer acquisition,
and conduct cold-calls for potential leads and convert to closed business.
Territory:Greater Indianapolis based covering most of Indiana and parts of Kentucky.
Compensation:$70k-$75k base, uncapped commissions, $600/month car allowance plus all expenses paid including gas and vehicle maintenance, full benefits, 401k. First year expectation is $130k-$150k but top reps make over $200k in the role. Company provides a platform for development and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:- - Achieve minimum sales quota requirements as established by the Company
- - Generate sales leads principally by cold calling on dermatologists or plastic surgeons
- (including ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic and AACS cosmetic surgeons) as well
- as other physicians in the Territory.
- - Provide needed sales support at workshops, trade shows, sales meetings and seminars.
- - Maintain a high level of understanding of the applications and performance of the
- Company's products.
- - Attend and promote workshops and support programs for the Territory in conjunction
- with the Sales Manager, marketing and clinical departments of the Company.
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
Medical device experience is a plus. 2-5 years of outside business to business sales experience. - Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, motivated and organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
