Broker-Dealer Financial Services Sales Representative

FNEX is seeking a motivated sales professional to help grow our broker-dealer and financial services business. This role focuses on identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and connecting financial professionals with FNEX’s services and capabilities.

This position is based in our Indianapolis office and requires employees to work on-site. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through email, phone, Linked In, and networking.
• Develop relationships with investment bankers, placement agents, financial advisors, and other financial professionals.
• Schedule introductory meetings, support sales presentations, and coordinate follow-up with internal teams.
• Work with marketing, compliance, and onboarding teams to support a consistent prospect-to-client experience.
• Meet established sales activity and business development goals.

Qualities

• At least one year of experience in sales, business development, or financial services.
• FINRA licensing preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and following up consistently.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Must be able to work full-time, in-office at FNEX’s Indianapolis, Indiana location.
