Build the first repeatable path from nbound to the businesses that need it. You will spend time with owners and operators, create demand, run conversations, and help shape how we enter the market.
What you’ll own- Build relationships with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service businesses
- Run discovery conversations and product demonstrations grounded in the customer’s real workflow
- Create a repeatable process for finding, qualifying, and converting early customers
- Bring market language, objections, and patterns back to the product team
- Help define the first sales and partnership channels for nbound
- Experience selling software, services, or operational solutions to small businesses
- Strong curiosity about how owners and field teams actually run their day
- The ability to create momentum without waiting for a finished playbook
- Clear writing, thoughtful discovery, and follow-through
