Account Representative

Every business owner has a payment setup. Most have never had anyone look at whether it's a good one. As an Account Representative, you'll be that person: you'll talk with owners, find where their current setup costs them, and bring them onto one that works better.

Training comes first, then a simple playbook and a team that answers when you call. Because the product saves owners money every month, these conversations tend to go well. This is a full-time role, and what you earn is tied to the accounts you open, with bonuses for strong months.

• Start conversations with business owners and learn how their business runs
• Review what they pay to accept cards and where the setup slows them down
• Present a payment and point-of-sale option built for their kind of business
• Work through concerns and guide them to a clear decision
• Help each new account get set up and running smoothly
• Track your pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM

• Confident, friendly communicator who listens well
• Organized, reliable and good at following a plan
• Open to coaching and eager to learn
• Background in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service helps
