Conduct biophysical and analytical testing using advanced instrumentation, while supporting lab operations, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Perform biophysical & analytical testing using techniques such as Analytical Ultracentrifugation (AUC), Circular Dichroism (CD), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Dynamic & Static Light Scattering (DLS/SLS), Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), UV‑Vis & IR Spectroscopy, NMR Spectroscopy, Mass Photometry, SEC‑MALS.
- Prepare buffers and operate automated liquid handling systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant lab environment.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Work effectively with cross‑functional teams and interface with clients.
- Use Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or a need for sponsorship.
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with data analysis preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external clients.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and positive attitude.
- Proven ability to learn new techniques, follow instructions, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and productivity.
