• Starting Wage $25.46 / Hour.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• At least 1+ years of security and supervisor experience.
• Must be at least 21+ years of age.

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The Security Shift Supervisor acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff on shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ability to work in various environments (cold weather, rain/snow or heat).
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
