Flex Security Officer – Indianapolis, IN (All shifts and days available). Starting pay: $18.50/hr with weekly pay.

Benefits
:
Eligible for 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) for those working 20+ hours per week and completing six months of service.

Requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • One year experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willing to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
  • Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Exceptional report writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Read and understand written instruction and communicate information clearly.
Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts that become available due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous service while protecting personnel work balance.

Scheduling Expectations
  • Train at various posts and facilities based on operational need.
  • Schedule varies; shifts may be assigned at short notice.
  • Expected to work any scheduled shift within availability and communicate unavailability.
  • For short‑notice call‑ins, must work at least 80% of the shifts called; refusal of more than 20% may impact employment.
Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
