Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer – Media Patrol Full-Time in Bristol, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients across multiple industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to deter incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. - Provide customer service to clients and visitors following security-related procedures and site-specific policies and respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and perimeter areas, to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activity.
- Document and report incidents, observations, and activities per Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
- Collaborate with site personnel and emergency services to address incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential disruptions and assist employees and visitors.
- Adhere to all Allied Universal and client protocols, including those specific to technology and media environments.
- Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Will be considered per applicable laws for applicants with criminal histories.
- Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements per state/local laws may be required before employment.
- A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
