As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Delphi, IN
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a food and beverage production location, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your routine patrols and visible presence contribute to a secure environment while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $14.90 / Hour

• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thu: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access within the location.
• Maintain detailed logs and/or reports of observations, incidents, and activities during each shift.
• Communicate and collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to relay important information and address security-related concerns.
• Assist with access control and/or visitor management as directed by site-specific procedures.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
