As a Correctional Intelligence Analyst with the Indiana Department of Correction at Correctional Industrial Facility in Pendleton, you will conduct investigative duties monitoring and analyzing misconduct involving staff, offenders, and facility-associated individuals. You'll generate actionable intelligence using internal and external databases, create intelligence products, identify patterns and security threats, and support institutional safety and compliance under general supervision.
Key qualifications- Must test negative on all drug screenings and communicate effectively
- 2+ years experience in corrections, investigative work, law enforcement, or military police
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products with ability to learn third-party software within 6 months
- Ability to conduct analysis, generate reports, and handle confidential information
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalent required; degree not required
