** Job Description
** The Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to the following items:
* Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical equipment including but not limited to, production lines, PLC controls, drives, gages, and test equipment.
* Installs, start-up and shutdown equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and in line with OSHA requirements.
* Assist other maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting, perform preventative maintenance and maintain appropriate records.
* Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of mechanical/pneumatic and hydraulic theories and principles.
* Participates in the planning, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, production equipment, facilities and related electronic controls and devices.
