Danco Roofing Services, Inc. is a privately owned and operated, full service, commercial roofing firm providing roof repairs, reroofs, and new construction roofing and sheet metal projects within Indiana and Mid-West areas. We are seeking a full-time roofer to complement our crews. We are seeking an ambitious individual that is highly professional with commercial roofing experience and has a desire to grow.

The primary function of a roofer is to install, maintain, and repair roofing systems.

• Follow all safety guidelines, set-up safety systems and implement safety programs
• Load, unload and move materials at warehouse or job sites
• Install new roofing insulation
• Cleans roof surfaces and gutters of debris
• Install new roofing membrane
• Install sheet metal/edge metal systems
• Repairs cracks and blisters; corrects defective flashing
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment and job site
• Reports all incidents and accidents to supervisor
• Maintains/repairs single ply roofing membranes

• Basic knowledge of all low slope roof systems including BUR, Single Ply, and architectural metal systems
• Commercial roofing experience preferred
• Majority of work within 70 mile radius of Indianapolis
• Must be able to climb and carry a 40' ladder; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs

• Steady full time hours year round with potential for overtime.

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience for Foreman position
• Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human Resources.
