• Report to and assist immediate supervisor.
• Perform quality work as determined by project specifications.
• Accountable for all tools and materials at the end of your shift.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Perform terminations up to 1500V ac and dc.
• Read construction drawings and understand specifications.
• Have a basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Install underground cabling and conduits.
• Use electrical test equipment.
• Train and mentor helpers.
• Comply with drug and alcohol policies.
• Pass physical exams as required.
• Climb and balance on ladders, scaffolding, etc.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. (get assistance for heavier items).
• Stand or walk for long periods and work extended hours on uneven surfaces.
• Wear PPE, including respirators, when required.

• 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Pass drug, alcohol, and physical screenings.
• Complete New Hire Orientation.
• Meet safety requirements (e.g., PPE, grooming).
