Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work? We’re seeking a Service & Delivery Specialist to join a well-established home leisure products company. This role combines technical troubleshooting, repair work, and customer interaction, all while working with premium outdoor products.

• Deliver, set up, and install home leisure products (such as spas and hot tubs).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain service records.
• Provide professional, friendly customer support and usage guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service operations.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience in a skilled trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or similar).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and use hand/power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings.
