Field Telecommunications Technician (Indianapolis, IN)

SONIFI Solutions, Inc. invites you to join our team as a Field Telecommunications Technician. In this role you will support customers across the Indianapolis area, providing onsite troubleshooting and guidance for SONIFI products.

• Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot high‑speed internet, satellite TV, digital TV, telecom, CATV, MATV, head‑end, RF, networking, and computer systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitality and healthcare customers, delivering a great customer experience while respecting customer protocols and boundaries.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, laptop, and support equipment and ensure they are in working order.
• Adapt to changing priorities, traveling outside your assigned region as needed.
• Participate in on‑call and occasional overtime or weekend work to meet service‑level agreements.

• High‑school diploma or GED + 3 years experience, or technical degree + 1 year related experience in high‑speed internet, satellite TV, digital TV, telecom, CATV, MATV, head‑end, RF, networking, or computer troubleshooting.
• Strong desire to resolve technical issues; fast learner; can work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits required.

• Competitive hourly rate $25–$32, determined by location, experience, education, specialty, and training.
