Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient and reliable operations of our commercial office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional after‑hours emergencies.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Ensure that each assigned office building is maintained according to company standards
• Conduct routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures.
• Some heavy lifting of furniture and equipment
• Troubleshoot problems and make repairs
• Provide excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
• Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies

This position requires the following skills and qualifications:

• Technical school preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience in commercial office property maintenance, preferred
• A general mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills
• Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (both required)

The pay range for this role is:

20 - 28 USD per hour (Indianapolis, Indiana)
