About the roleWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient and reliable operations of our commercial office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional after‑hours emergencies.
What you’ll doResponsibilities include the following:
- Ensure that each assigned office building is maintained according to company standards
- Conduct routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures.
- Some heavy lifting of furniture and equipment
- Troubleshoot problems and make repairs
- Provide excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
- Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
This position requires the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical school preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience in commercial office property maintenance, preferred
- A general mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades
- Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills
- Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (both required)

The pay range for this role is:
20 - 28 USD per hour (Indianapolis, Indiana)
