• Crew leader: DRIVE THEDUMP TRUCK: REQUIRED DOT
• Able to lift 50-70 lbs. multiple times per day.
• Lead and supervise onsite personnel, ensuring top-quality work and adherence to all safety standards and (CQAP)
• Assist foreman in his duties while on site working.
• Setting the pace of the installation for all crew members.
• Assist in equipment installation training with crew members.
• Assist with tool management. Job sites clean up.
• Assist with Customer Quality Assurance Program (CQAP)
• Develop skills to run the job site as a foreman in his absence.
• Conflict resolution - ability to address concerns that arise during the installation process fueled by misunderstandings of the contract and sales presentation.
