Overview: We are looking for a Semi‑Skilled Epoxy Installer to join our commercial flooring team. This position works hands‑on with fluid‑applied flooring systems and polished concrete in a variety of commercial and industrial environments. Ideal candidates have some prior experience in flooring, construction, or coatings and are ready to continue building their skills in epoxy and concrete finishing.

• Assist with the installation of epoxy and other fluid‑applied flooring systems
• Support polished concrete preparation and finishing
• Surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, patching, and moisture mitigation
• Mix and apply materials according to specifications
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
• Follow job site safety standards and company procedures
• Work as part of a crew to meet quality and production goals
• Travel to job sites as required

• 1–3 years of experience in flooring, construction, concrete, or coatings preferred
• Familiarity with epoxy, urethane, MMA, or polished concrete is a plus
• Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting 50+ lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
