Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Indianapolis, IN, for a General Laborer/Operator. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining specialized equipment such as blower and conveyor trucks, assisting with material placement, and ensuring efficient and safe work practices. The role may involve physical labor, operating hand tools, and collaborating with team members to complete tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience with operating heavy machinery, power tools, or related equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in different weather conditions
- Teamwork skills, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance abilities for equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, CDL certification is a plus
- Strong attention to safety and adherence to workplace safety protocols
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, as needed
