CompensationBase pay range: $32.00/hr - $32.00/hr roofer Skilled earn up to $32.00/hr (Annual Review). Roofer Unskilled start $16.00 per hour (Annual Review). This range is provided by National Roofing Contractors Association; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

- Roofing experience / construction experience.
- Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit., BUR, etc.
