Flooring installers are the front line of Floor Coverings International, executing on our quality and craftsmanship with each job. Our install teams leave a lasting impression that determines our success. We respect the customer and their home, deliver what we promise, and clean up.

• Prep and install flooring in steps according to company procedures with high attention to detail and care.
• Keep tools organized, clean, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Understand the scope of work before arriving and familiarize yourself with the project file.
• Properly handle company machinery and power tools.
• Use units of measurement and perform simple math calculations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner, staying trustworthy and comfortable in their homes.
• Maintain company standards and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Travel throughout the week to various work locations.

• 5 years’ experience in flooring installation.
• Valid driver’s license and functioning vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strength to lift 50‑75 lbs repeatedly.
• Physical stamina for repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting.
• Flexibility to travel to various work locations throughout the week.
