Clarks Home Services LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Service Technician to join our high‑performing team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while providing outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Clearly educate homeowners on findings, repair needs, and system functionality.
- Utilize mobile technology, apps, and tablets for scheduling, diagnostics, and reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles, tools, and job sites.
- Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and all local HVAC codes.
- Collaborate with team members and dispatch to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on HVAC service experience (residential experience preferred).
- Valid Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of HVAC systems.
- Strong customer communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly to homeowners.
- Comfortable using digital tools and service apps on smartphones and tablets.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
