Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and want to learn a valuable trade? Capitan Appliance is offering an opportunity to start your career as an Appliance Repair Technician through our paid apprentice program.

This is an ideal position for someone ready to learn, work hard, and grow with a well-established and highly rated company.

What We’re Offering

• Starting pay: $1,000 per week during training
• Incentive pay: Eligible after 3–6 months based on performance
• Commission: Move to full commission after 9–12 months
• Training: Combination of hands-on training in the field and structured online learning
• Mentorship: Work directly with experienced technicians who will teach you the trade
• Career Path: Clear steps to becoming a full technician with strong earning potential

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• At least 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical work
• Comfortable using basic tools and learning to use tablet-based apps
