Position Summary Responsible for performing routine building and ground maintenance and repair tasks including HVAC.

• Perform tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters to prevent equipment failure.
• Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Regularly check equipment and fire suppression systems for potential problems.
• Occasionally replace lamps in lighting fixtures and indicators.
• Perform various daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of facility equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, company standards, and building codes.
• Collaborate with contractors for outsourced repairs and monitoring/reporting need for supplies.
• Perform problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Remove oil and watery oil by pumping and mopping.
• Support and contribute to FCM Projects.
• Work with TEF2 maintenance when the need arises to maintain production equipment.
• PM Facilities HVAC systems.
• PM Industrial Process Cooling Systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Four years related experience and/or training; with experience in all phases of maintenance (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, etc.).
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
