A highly automated manufacturing facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production equipment.
This position is responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and supporting the continuous operation of manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities include:
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment issues
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime
Replace mechanical components and support equipment adjustments
Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
Assist production with equipment setups, adjustments, and changeovers
Perform root cause analysis on recurring equipment issues
Support and mentor less experienced maintenance technicians
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Approximately 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Injection molding or plastics experience is helpful but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
