XPO is seeking a Lead Technician for the Afternoon Shift in Indianapolis, IN. You will supervise shop personnel, schedule work, and ensure training alignment with DOT, EPA, OSHA standards.
Earn $41.11/hour with shift differential, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM weekday schedule. This role requires skilled trades background and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
