Your role includes inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, implementing effective treatment plans, and educating customers on pest prevention. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.###
** What You’ll Do

* * multifamily and commercial properties on your own service route.

* * pest activity, find the source, and choose the right treatment.

* * our clients by applying treatments safely and following company and state regulations.
* Explain to property managers and residents what you found and how to prevent it next time.
* Keep clear, accurate service records.
* Take care of your company vehicle and equipment.
* Keep learning new methods and stay current on industry standards.###
** What You'll Bring
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
* Ability to lift equipment and work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of conditions
* Confidence managing your own route and schedule
* Clear communication and good problem-solving skills

** Compensation & Benefits*** $17.50 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
* Full time, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday overtime
