Elanco Clinton, IN is seeking an HVAC / Refrigerant Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial HVAC and chiller systems on a manufacturing site. You will perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus mechanical aptitude and EPA Refrigerant Certification. Four 10-hour shifts are followed by a rotating 12-hour schedule, with on-call rotations and overtime possible.
