Position:
Traveling Maintenance Technician

Location:

Fountain Parc and other locations - Indianapolis, INScheduled

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pmPay Rate: $30/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

Bring Your Skills If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.
2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance

Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and groundsHVAC experience and EPA Certifications required

Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents

Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough

Basic computer and smartphone skills

Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance

Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

Service Fountain Parc and other locations around the Indianapolis area, with the possibility of a different community each day of the week!

Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, HVAC, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks

Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents

Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results

Address emergencies as situations arise
