- Pay: $15.50 per hour
- Schedule:
Full‑time and Part‑time - Shift: 2nd Shift (requires weekend shift availability)
- Upland: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (must work at least one weekend shift)
- Hartford City: 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (must work at least one weekend shift)

What are some activities you may do with your partnered individual? Grocery shopping, outings, movies, cooking, cleaning, crafts, art, coffee, educational trips, games, and more.
Specific Job Activities- Assist with daily living tasks (restroom, shower, eating, etc.)
- Support independence and goal achievement
- Help the individual participate in community life
- Celebrate small and big wins
- Build life skills
- Guide toward community engagement (e.g., grocery, doctor’s appointments)
- Conduct arts, crafts, and creative activities
- Engage in exercise and outdoor activities
- Maintain a trusting relationship with the individual
- Love for people and desire to help
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in education or service-related field preferred
- Ability to learn and apply basic teaching principles, with acceptable math and English writing skills; knowledge of first aid, health, and safety measures required by posting
- Valid driver’s license
- Meet agency insurability requirements
- Physical capability to bend, stoop, stand, lift, or transfer individuals; ability to wear required protective equipment (gloves, masks, gowns, face shields, shoes, ear plugs, etc.)
- Follow all safe and universal precaution practices, including pandemic protocols
